We ask that you give us one business day to process most kit orders. If you are ordering any of our baked goods ("The Birthday", "Cookie Junkie" or "Monster Cookie"), please allow two business days to process.

Can I order a Wildcat Kit to be delivered later in the semester?
Yes, you may order a Wildcat Kit at anytime. You will be asked to indicate your "Requested Date for Pick Up" in the order form after you add a kit to your cart.

Why am I being asked for a shipping address?
All Campus Store orders require a shipping address for us to process the request. We ask that you select, "Add a new shipping address" and submit the recipient's name, ACU Box number and phone number. This information allows us to contact the recipient when his or her kit is ready for pick up.

What do I select as my shipping method?
Please select, "Wildcat Kits" as your shipping method. No shipping fees will be charged.

Why did I receive a shipping confirmation email?
A shipping confirmation email is automatically generated when we process the order. Please use this as a confirmation that the Wildcat will be ready for pick up on the day you requested.
